Roy Chung Yee Ling, CFA, Real Estate Investment Banking, Vice President, JPMorgan (S.E.A) Limited
Roy is a Vice President with the Asian real estate investment banking team and is based out of Singapore. He is responsible for origination and execution of investment banking mandates for regional clients. Roy graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (Honors). He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. Roy currently serves on the Board of Directors of the CFA Society of Japan and is also the Chairman of the Society's Public Awareness Committee. He also serves on the PR & Events Committee of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association. Roy was honored as one of 20 Rising Stars in Real Estate by Institutional Investor in March 2008.
Prior to working for JPMorgan, Roy worked for Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs and Salomon Smith Barney, undertaking a diverse range of corporate finance, equity research and real estate financings.

Blake Olafson, Director, Arcapita Pte. Limited
Blake Olafson started working with CB Richard Ellis in his native Canada directly after finishing university before opting for a move to Asia, which took him to Ikoma in Japan. He later went back to university to study for a masters of real estate at USC in Los Angeles before being recruited for a return to Asia; this time with the Para Group in Jakarta. He remained with the company for three years before moving on to Oakwood/Colony Capital in Singapore in 1998. A year later the now 38-year-old took up a position with real estate investment and finance firm Lehman Brothers, where he stayed until August 2008 when he took up his current position with Arcapita in Singapore.
Olafson, was involved in a number of Raimon Land and Destination Properties projects across Thailand. He also worked on a Kajima Corporation joint venture in Singapore.

Nigel Cornick, CEO, Raimon Land PLC
Nigel Cornick is CEO of Raimon Land, a high-profile condominium developer with luxury properties such as The Lofts, the Northshore and The Legend to its portfolio. The company is currently working on its most ambitious project to date, The River, which sits on Bangkok's Chao Praya river.
Cornick left his native England after qualifying as a chartered surveyor and after a stint with Saudi Arabia he moved to Australia where he joined Japanese developer Daiko. He moved to Thailand in 1991 and established an office on behalf of Colliers Jardines.
Cornick started working for Raimon in Land in 1996 and as CEO he has been instrumental in making the company one of Thailand's most recognised developers. In 2006 Cornick claimed the first Personality of the Year Award at the inaugural Thailand Property Awards and Raimon Land has become a regular winner at the event since.

Leong Chi Meng, Managing Director and Country Manager (S. E. Asia) of ING Real Estate Investment Management
Prior to ING Real Estate, Chi Ming was Director for Asian real estate for Arcapita Pte Ltd., responsible for setting up the Singapore office and building the real estate team and portfolio. Arcapita is headquartered in Bahrain with businesses in real estate, asset-based investments and corporate investments. Before joining Arcapita, Chi Ming was Portfolio Manager, and Director for Investments with Pramerica Real Estate Investors (Asia)-wholly owned subsidiary of Prudential Financial (US), managing a portfolio of over US$2.0 billion in gross assets in Asia. Assets under management include public securities, property joint ventures and real property assets in key cities in Asia.
Chi Ming has almost 20 years of real estate experience, which includes work in analysis, investment advisory, fund management, asset management and business development.

Lim Hwee Chiang John, Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, ARA Management Pte Ltd
Mr Lim Hwee Chiang John is the Group Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of the Company. He has been the Group Chief Executive Officer and a Director since the Company's establishment. He is also a director of the Fortune REIT Manager, the Suntec REIT Manager, the Prosperity REIT Manager and the AmFIRST REIT Manager. He is an independent director and member of the audit committees of Teckwah Industrial Corporation Limited and Inter-Roller Engineering Limited, both of which are public-listed companies in Singapore. He is also the vice president of the Hong Kong-Singapore Business Association. Further, he is a board member of the Asian Public Real Estate Association and the Valuation Review Board of the Ministry of Finance.
Mr Lim has more than 27 years of experience in real estate. Prior to the founding of the Company, from 1997 to 2002, he was an executive director of GRA (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("GRA"), which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prudential (US) Real Estate Investors.
Mr Lim obtained an Engineering degree (First Class Honours) in 1981, a Master of Science degree in 1985, as well as a Diploma in Business Administration in 1987, each from the National University of Singapore.

After a 2 year period in Hong Kong with Hypo Real Estate Group AG he moved to Singapore in Sept 07 to take up his current position as Head Of Commercial Real Estate for South East Asia with Standard Chartered Bank where he currently covers the markets of Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia. Married with 2 children he is a keen golfer, surfer and competes in triathlons around the region.

Philip Levinson, Head of Client Relations Asia (ex-Japan), RREEF Asia Pacific
Philip Levinson is a Managing Director at RREEF the global real estate, infrastructure and private equity platform of Deutsche Asset Management, the asset management arm of Deutsche Bank. Based in Singapore, Philip runs RREEF's Client Relations team in the Asia Pacific (ex - Japan), responsible for raising capital for RREEF's suite of unlisted real estate and infrastructure Funds, maintaining client relationships and participating in the development of new products to meet the increasingly sophisticated needs of institutional investors throughout the Asia Pacific.
Prior to taking up his appointment at RREEF, Philip established and ran the Client Service team in Asia for LaSalle Investment Management. In over 20 years of experience in real estate sales, development and financing, Philip has worked with leading real estate institutions throughout Asia, Australia and the UK.
Originally trained as a lawyer, Philip is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a qualified mediator. Currently, Philips is the Honorary Secretary of the Asian Public Real Estate Association (APREA).
